This introductory hands-on class by Denise Soisson teaches you to make sushi while simplifying the art. The class includes a segment on buying ingredients, making sushi rice, and common Japanese terms. During this hands-on class you will make four types of sushi: nigiri, inside-out rolls, maki rolls, Gunkan Sushi and as a special treat – Dessert Sushi Temaki (no fish in the dessert)! Bring your sense of adventure and your appetite!
