This introductory class teaches you to make sushi while simplifying the art. The class includes a segment on buying ingredients, making sushi rice, and common Japanese terms. During this hands-on class you will make five types of sushi: nigiri, inside out rolls, maki rolls, gunkan sushi and as a special treat – Dessert Sushi (no fish in the dessert!). Bring your sense of adventure and your appetite!
