The Joy of Birdwatching

A guided bird identification walk will be offered every Saturday morning until the end of May. Due to the park's location within the Tuscarora State Forest, Colonel Denning State Park is home to many residential and migratory songbird species - perfect for both experienced and beginner birders! So don't miss an opportunity to see and hear an array of beautiful songbirds! Binoculars are provided if needed.
