The Secrets of the Still

Susanna Reppert will set up her small glass still and demonstrate distilling herbs to produce essential oils and their by-product hydrosols/floral waters. The conversation will continue into different ways oils and waters should and should not be utilized in the herbal home. Each participant will leave with a small hydrosol sample.
