Vintage Recipes as Time Travel
Would you like to travel back in time to learn about recipes of the 20th century? Come to our vintage food class with author, Thomas Kelchner, to hear about his book that explores his mother-in-law’s vast archive of American comfort food recipes and their place in history. He’ll also discuss his current project: a book based on his great-grandmother’s 1894 manuscript cookbook. A few pamphlets of his favorite recipes and handouts from his presentation will be available. Registration Required.
