"Our Plaza stores are thrilled to introduce our first-ever trick-or-treat event and excited to welcome Nancy Ryan of BOB 94.9 for a live broadcast and as our featured costume contest judge."

The West Shore Plaza will also participate in the Teal Pumpkin Project to raise awareness of food allergies and promote inclusion for all trick-or-treaters during the Halloween season. In addition to candy, non-food treats will be handed out at participating stores.
