Winter Wonderland Craft & Vendor Fair
Come out to join us during this glorious holiday shopping season as it’s the most wonderful time of the year!! Santa Claus will be visiting from the North Pole where we will have him all cozy in the Greetings with Santa Center of the Winter Wonderland at the Carlisle Expo Center's Customer Service area. Santa will be available for photos from 9:30am to 4:30pm.
Parents are asked to visit the TriState Events Winter Wonderland Facebook Event Page to locate the time you wish for your child or children to visit with Santa then text (717) 262-8839 or email firstname.lastname@example.org the corresponding chosen time.
Walk-Ins are welcomed as parents are asked to visit the Greetings with Santa Center immediately upon arriving to the Carlisle Expo Center to obtain a number whereas walk-ins will be then scheduled and/or called upon between the children with prior scheduled appointments to have their photos with Santa Claus. After their photo with Santa, each child will then scurry off to enjoy a hot cup of cocoa and make a holiday ornament to adorn upon their Christmas tree with Santa's Elves. Cost is just $5 per child which includes the 4x6 photo with Santa, Craft, & Hot Cocoa with the Elves. Parents will also have the option to purchase photos or photo packages as well.
Available during the Event both days will be a holiday wrapping station to help you with all of your gift-wrapping needs, Protection 4 Paws will be accepting donations for the gift-wrapping station services and applying it towards the services offered from Protection 4 Paws, a nonprofit organization ensuring safety and security for our K9 companions for the military and local law enforcement agencies.
Looking for all types of vendors (arts, crafts and direct sellers). Contact TriState Events to request a copy of the Vendor Booth Agreement/Application for the Winter Wonderland Craft & Vendor Fair participation via email by sending the following information to email@example.com such as your business/company name, business contact name, business email address, business mailing address, business mobile number, business website, years in business, and whether you’re willing to donate a $15 item towards the Event's door prizes to be drawn every half hour. Please follow these directions exactly as illustrated as we have already received more than 280+ Vendors requesting to participate in this Event and continuously receiving requests daily. Approx. 30+ VENDOR BOOTH SPACES REMAIN AVAILABLE as of November 7, 2018 as we await Vendor Booth Agreements/Applications from Vendors who have requested Vendor Booth Agreements/Applications previously. Vendor Booth Spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis ONLY!
