Yin Yoga for Better Sleep
Unwind at the end of your day with a relaxing yoga practice designed to help calm and quiet the mind so you can get a good night's rest. Featuring all seated and lying down postures, this practice will release and relieve overworked muscles in your legs, hips, and lower back. This is an all levels yoga class that is also appropriate for those who have never practiced yoga. Sweet dreams!
