Appalachian Running Co. is excited to collaborate with Simply Yoga and Fitness!
Shelly Baldwin will be joining us prior to our Wednesday Fun Run on May 31 to guide us through a short yoga flow, showing us the ways yoga can complement our running!
Shelly is a certified pilates and yoga instructor and will cover a simple routine that you can incorporate into your pre-run preparation to improve performance and prevent injury. No Yoga experience is necessary!
As an expert long-distance runner with over 40 marathons and ultras under her belt, Shelly is the perfect person to bring the yoga and running worlds together.
Bring a mat or towel if you have one; limited mats will be available. We hope to see you there!
