Join Irene for a Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage.
It is a state in which your body is completely at rest while your mind follows a guided meditation led by the teacher. The goal of Yoga Nidra is to induce deep relaxation and to decrease tension and nervousness.
Please wear warm, loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. The Yin portion of the class will feature all seated postures, and the Nidra portion of the class will take place while resting on your back
