Enjoy yoga on the mansion terrace @ Kings Gap.

No yoga: July 6, Aug 31, and Sept 21
 
Join us for an all-levels yoga class with a spectacular view of the Cumberland Valley from the Mansion terrace on the top of the mountain. The classes are suitable for yoga novices, include breathing and meditation activities, and end with a guided relaxation. Modifications are offered if needed.
 
Suggested donation $10.
 
Please bring your own mat/blanket and any other tools, such as blocks, that you would like to use.
 
In the event of rain, the class moves to the pavilion just across from the Education Center parking lot.
