Monday’s after school from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm in March & April

Grades 6-12

Are you struggling with the stress and anxiety of being in middle and high school? Come learn mindfulness and develop tools to bring calm and ease to your life. Mindfulness allows you to effectively manage stress and regulate difficult emotions while cultivating attention skills and self-compassion. Each week will have a different theme and introduce a new concept. There will be guided instructions and practice as well as a relaxation in each session.

We will utilize the Mindful Schools Curriculum in this class. Mindful Schools curricula provides exercises to reduce toxic stress and improve impulse control, attention span, emotion regulation, classroom engagement, self-acceptance, and empathy.

Mondays March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29

$12 per class. $90 for 9-week session
