Anahata Yoga and Mindful Movement aims to bring yoga to everybody and every body. The space accommodates only 12 people at a time giving students the opportunity to receive individual attention from the instructor.

The studio is the first in Carlisle to offer Aerial Yoga classes. Other classes include Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga.

For those visiting the area, single drop-in classes are available, except for Aerial Yoga and special offerings.
