Cork & Fork offers a creative menu designed to maintain sustainability and seasonality. The restaurant works with local farms to source authentic and delicious ingredients to offer menu items ranging from smoked meats and artisanal cheeses to arugula roasted beet salad and pastas made in-house. Guests can also enjoy six specialty pizzas (cooked at 850 degrees) such as pistachio, marghertia, and funghi.
The dining room with mezzanine, which seats 120, offers a spacious and open atmosphere. There is a full bar with wine, beer, and artisan cocktails.
