Cork & Fork offers a creative menu designed to maintain sustainability and seasonality. The restaurants works with local farms to source authentic and delicious ingredient to offer menu items ranging from smoked meats and artisanal cheeses to arugula roasted beet salad and pastas made in-house. Guests can also enjoy eight specialty pizzas (cooked at 850 degrees) such as pistachio, asparagus, marghertia, and fig.
