The 10,000-square-foot taproom features both bar and table seating. The interior decor offers a spacious industrial look that still provides guests with an intimate and cozy experience. In warmer months, guests can enjoy food and beverages on the outside patio and courtyard area, which also welcome well-behaved leashed dogs.
A large variety of hand-crafted beers are on tap including IPAs, Hefeweizens, Lagers, Porters, Stouts, and Sours. Pennsylvania wine and spirit, local cider from Big Hill Ciderworks, and craft cocktails round out the drink menu.
Ever Grain's signature Fluffhead was awarded 1st place in the Wheat Beer category at the 2020 Pennsylvania Farm Show.
Ever Grain was also named the inaugural Taste of the Year winner by individuals who voted and returned a Beer Trail passport in 2020.
Seasonal and responsibly-sourced food is available for purchase, including gluten-free and vegan options, from Ever Grain's Craft Kitchen. The menu includes whole grains, real butter, and real olive oil. The restaurant makes its own stocks and sauces, bakes its own breads, and ferment its kimchi. The micro greens, leafy greens and edible flowers come from an aquaponics system in nearby New Cumberland.
Ever Grain Brewing Co. is a participating location on the Cumberland Valley Beer Trail.
