Guests can now find Highway Manor's sour and wild ales at their taproom and restaurant in Camp Hill. They specialize in unique farmhouse style ales using "techniques many wouldn't dare" and produce their barrel-aged sours from a propriety house yeast that dates back to the 1800s.
The menu is big on flavor and includes appetizers, smoked meats and sides. Everything is made from scratch including hot sauces, jams and items such as pickled grapes. A kids' menu is available.
