NOTE: The Visitor Center at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy Mid-Atlantic Regional Office in Boiling Springs is temporarily closed Monday – Friday due to staffing changes. The Visitor Center is open most weekends and holidays from May to October, 10am – 4 pm. The Visitor Center will reopen with a new schedule at a date to be determined. The office welcomes anyone to knock who needs to pick up a thru-hiker hang-tag or a parking permit, or to call the office for assistance.

The Mid-Atlantic Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) in Boiling Springs, PA is located right on the Appalachian Trail footpath and Children's Lake. Boiling Springs is recognized as an official Appalachian Trail Community for the town's commitment to providing a service to hikers & promoting the assets of the Appalachian Trail. Stop in the Mid-Atlantic ATC office and allow our knowledgeable staff to offer some A.T. day trip suggestions. Free parking permits, including long-term parking, are available at the office.
