The .6-mile Pine Plantation loop trail on soft pine needles in Kings Gap Environmental Education Center is a self-guided trail where visitors can view the management techniques used to thin the trees in the plantation area.
Easiest (Interpretive) (difficulty rating is based on technical challenge, not physical challenge): Elevation gain or loss is minimal, less than 5% slope, maximum 20% up to 100 feet
