Founded in 2010, Yoga at Simply Well  offers a comfortable, supportive and welcoming environment for students of all levels -- from beginners to advanced. Our beautiful hardwood floor studio -- lined with vibrant plants and two fireplaces -- offers a retreat-like setting where students can release the stresses of everyday life through our classes and workshops. Whether you're looking for gentle yoga or want to challenge yourself with a vigorous flow, we offer classes to fit all your needs taught by certified professional instructors. In addition, we offer pre-natal yoga and meditation. We have mats, blankets, straps, blocks, eye pillows, and hand towels to assist with your practice. We also offer a variety of price options including an intro offer, unlimited membership, 5 and 10 class passes, drop-in rates, and student rates. In addition to classes, a wide variety of workshops are offered to provide you with the knowledge, tools and inspiration to lead a balanced life.
