CANCELLATION POLICY
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows mean that we are often turning other people away. Because of this, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If you are running late for your appointment, please call us at 717-730-0600. Late arrivals may have to float for a reduced time.
Non-Members & Members:
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a $10 fee.
Non-Members & Members:
No show appointments are subject to a $15 fee.
