For a complete tea experience plan for a leisurely lunch at Camellia's Sin Tea Parlor & Gift Shop in downtown Carlisle. The full menu includes a selection of salad, scones, soup, small sandwiches and desserts all with a variety of seasonal teas. Make sure you try the local favorite - Snowflake! A blend of black teas with coconut, almond, and cinnamon. You can also purchase Camellia's famous tea blends and tea accessories in the gift shop.
Sweet Remembrances in Mechanicsburg offers afternoon teas every Wednesday and the first Saturday of the month with advanced reservations. The menu includes a variety of spreads, tea sandwiches, breads and desserts. You can also reserve the tea room for special events or private parties.
Head to The Tea Corner at Oxford Hall Celtic Shop in New Cumberland for a "proper spot" of English or Irish tea. Pair your favorite with a freshly made scone or baked good. The tea shop offers over 70 different loose and packaged teas from Ireland and the U.K.
Olivia's Tea Room in Camp Hill specializes in tea parties for both adults and children upon reservation. Their shop sells American Girl and Bitty Baby doll clothes, handmade doll furniture, loose tea and tea accessories.
There are a variety of other shops throughout the Valley that sell quality tea and tea accessories. One Good Woman in Camp Hill specializes in gourmet food items, gifts, coffees and offers over 80 different kinds of loose teas. You can take a step back in time at the retro Kauffman's Coffees, Teas & Spices for a huge selection of quality, unpackaged products.
The shopping fun continues in Mechanicsburg at the Rosemary House, located right next to Sweet Remembrances. As one of America's oldest herb shops, the Rosemary House features a variety of herbs, teas and gifts. The Kitchen Shoppe & Cooking School in Carlisle also features a variety of tea and tea accessories along with about 20,000 other kitchen gadgets and cooking supplies.

In Camp Hill, a local staple is the Pennsylvania Bakery. This full line bakery carries it all from cakes and cookies to breads including a fan favorite, their spaghetti bread. The expansive counters can make choosing difficult, but if it's cookies you desire there's a designated section just for them.
While on the West Shore, check out the selection at the West Shore Farmers Market. A variety of vendors in the lower level offer an assortment of cookies, baked goods, sticky buns, pies, donuts and more.
In Carlisle, cookie options can be found at both The Carlisle Bakery and Helena's Chocolate Cafe & Creperie. The Carlisle Bakery features traditional options like chocolate chip, among an assortment of other baked goods. Helena's Chocolate Cafe & Creperie features the hard-to-find French macarons.
If you find yourself near Shippensburg stop in D'Lish Bakery for traditional cookie favorites and other desserts like their creative cupcakes.
