Brew Crumberland's Best
Owned and operated by a brother-and-sister duo, Brew Crumberland's Best (BCB for short) has a convenient drive-thru for when you are on the go. With a focus on quality, convenience, and community, highlights include locally sourced coffee and decadent pastries made by the owner, a graduate of the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado, and former pastry chef at The Hotel Hershey. With monthly seasonal specials and several vegan and gluten-free offerings, you’ll always find something delicious to enjoy.
Consciousness Coffee
With a focus on coffee, chocolate, and awareness, Consciousness Coffee opened in 2024 in Lemoyne with a mission to become a community hub. They partner with local coffee roasters, bakeries, and chocolatiers to offer a curated, eco-friendly menu of drinks and treats. They also host pop-up events to support community organizations and artists, as well as open mic nights.
Cornerstone Coffeehouse
A local favorite since 1994, this is a must-stop location in Camp Hill. The extensive menu reflects their "Coffee Before Anything" motto, and their pastries include gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options. Breakfast and lunch items are made from scratch and served all day. Enjoy a drink on their charming patio, or discover local artists by checking out the artwork displayed on the cafe walls. The Cracked Pot Coffee Shop
With a warm, welcoming environment, this coffee shop's mission is to employ children who are approaching or have aged out of foster care and help them achieve independence and financial literacy by providing a support system that mentors them in important life skills. The Shop serves coffee from Passenger Coffee Roasters in Lancaster, a company committed to providing a living wage for coffee farmers. Breakfast is served all day, with lunch available after 11 am. Don’t miss out on Waffle Wednesdays! Founded in Mechanicsburg in 2018, The Cracked Pot opened a second location in downtown Carlisle in 2024.
Denim Coffee
Located on the square in downtown Carlisle, Denim's coffee drinks feature its own coffee beans roasted fresh weekly at its headquarters in Shippensburg. With a motto of “Make Better Coffee,” Denim roasts each individual coffee uniquely to showcase the beauty and character of the beans. They also serve breakfast sandwiches, paninis, local kombucha, specialty teas, and fresh fruit smoothies. Denim also operates the Quarry space, centrally located on the Dickinson College campus in Carlisle. In 2023, Denim Coffee opened another Cumberland Valley location in downtown Mechanicsburg. Down to Earth Cafe
Located on the outskirts of downtown Mechanicsburg, Down to Earth Cafe bases its business model on sustainability and protecting the environment. They strive to provide coffee that makes an impact by locally sourcing ingredients, including Lonely Monk Coffee, based out of Lemoyne. A full drink menu includes coffee, espresso, teas, frappes, kombucha, and smoothies. There is a breakfast and lunch menu and a full case of house-baked goodies. This Camp Hill coffee shop strives to serve delicious coffee while empowering survivors of human trafficking. Working with a sister organization, Peace Promise, the shop provides employment opportunities to women exploited by the commercial sex industry to help them rebuild their lives. Good Ground Coffee offers a comprehensive drink menu featuring tea and coffee. They also serve breakfast, lunch, and a variety of pastries. While there, you can purchase a range of bath and body products from Soaps by Survivors.
