The 7.74-mile Darlington Trail is a moderate-rated trail, located in State Game Lands #170 and follows the Perry and Cumberland County lines. The trail is orange-blazed and runs from the junction at the Appalachian Trail and Tuscarora Trail to Tower Road in Marysville.

The best access points are at Lambs Gap Road (where the map marker below is positioned) and Millers Gap Road off Route 944/Wertzville Road West (take Interstate 81 north to exit 61). From these two points you can travel west towards the Appalachian Trail or east to Tower Road and some of the more beautiful sections of the trail.
