This unique property provides a perfect location in downtown Mechanicsburg for scrapbookers or other hobbyists looking for a weekend retreat. The crop room features excellent lighting as well as six-foot tables, comfortable chairs, cup holders, supply shelf and tools for your use. There are nine twin beds in four bedrooms with 2 full baths and a powder room plus a large dining room table with seating for 9. An additional work space and sitting room are available on the lower level. You can make your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy a short walk to the local downtown restaurants. Catered meals are also an option. Weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) give guests use of all the rooms in the house.
Full-day (6 hours or more) and half-day (less than 6 hours) rentals are also available. These two options give you use of the crop room, kitchen, dining room, and powder room.
Technology: 65" smart TV above the fireplace in the crafting area along with a camera and hookups. (You will need to bring your own laptop or tablet.) This give guests the ability to watch YouTube videos, Facebook Live classes, and Zoom with friends who are not able to attend.
