Effective 5/31/21, all COVID-19 restrictions related to gatherings, restaurants, and other businesses were lifted. The masking order was lifted on 6/28/21. However, businesses and organizations may continue to implement mask policies and individuals may continue to mask if they choose to do so. Our restaurants, shops, attractions, and hotels are ready to welcome you. Perry County Heritage Trail

Located directly north of Cumberland Valley, Perry County features small towns and farms in the valleys surrounded by woodlands in the higher hills and mountains. The county offers miles of scenic byways and beautiful vistas. The Heritage Trail Map is designed to help visitors explore and discover the treasures of Perry County, including covered bridges, National Register Historic structures, historic markers, state parks and hiking, rivers and valleys, and master and legacy farms.

The online information provides a virtual tour that allows visitors to explore the county and also provides directions so that they can explore by car at their leisure. New sites and locations are added monthly so be sure to visit the website often.
