Live entertainment is a longstanding and treasured tradition at the Allenberry Resort. In 1949, the Allenberry Playhouse opened, delighting visitors from near and far with wonderful plays and performances. Famous faces at the Allenberry include a young John Travolta who joined the summer stock program in 1971 and Shirley Jones who played a special one-week engagement in 1994 to sold-out crowds. The historic playhouse has been lovingly restored and offers a full calendar of musicals, plays, and family fare to a new generation of guests and visitors. The 252 seat playhouse is available for rental and features A/V equipment and a lobby. The Playhouse also offers entertainment and team building opportunities including Murder Mysteries, Impersonators, Cabarets, Trivia, Improv Games, Escape Rooms and Ghost Tours.

We will work with you to define the needs of the group and establish a custom program to meet those needs. Our teambuilding looks different for each group from escape rooms to cooking together, playing games or sharing life stories.
- Outdoor Team Building Description: Allenberry offers a unique outdoor experience to work through issues as well as providing a space for employees to get to know one another. All of our team building is custom built to establish goals and outcome from each section. We host a multitude of activities and work to choose one that will help lead to the outcomes of the time. We offer fun and games, cooking, low ropes initiatives, high ropes initiatives, rappelling, rock climbing, paddling, fly fishing, shooting, hiking, and biking.
