In 1777-1778 Valley Forge was the site of the Continental Army's winter encampment. The Valley Forge National Historical Park tells this story along with the sacrifices of the Revolutionary War.
The various sites have different hours of operation.
Park grounds
Open daily, year-round 7am to dark.
Visitor Center
Open 9am-5pm daily.
Summer Hours are 9am-6pm
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
Washington's Headquarters and Train Station
Open for touring 9am-5pm daily
Summer Hours are 9am-6pm daily
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day through the Friday before Presidents Day Weekend.Washington Memorial Chapel
Open for touring 11am-5pm Mon - Sat and Noon-5pm on SunChapel Cabin Shop
Open 10am-5pm daily. Located behind the Washington Memorial Chapel.
Varnum's Quarters
