This 54-acre nature preserve along the Yellow Breeches Creek serves as a natural habitat. It features meadows and wetlands and provides creek access. There is an almost 2-mile trail with easily identified trail markers. No dogs are permitted.

The park is named after former Silver Spring Township Supervisor and current Cumberland County Commissioner Vincent DiFilippo, who initiated a grassroots effort to protect and preserve land in Silver Spring Township.
