USAHEC Soldier Experience Gallery
The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC) is the Army's premier facility dedicated to "Telling the Army story...one Soldier at a time." Interactive indoor exhibits include a digital shooting range, parachute simulation, a Korean War night attack experience, and more. If the weather permits, outdoor activities include the mile-long Army Heritage Trail with full-scale military exhibits.
Carlisle Sports Emporium
This indoor and outdoor interactive entertainment complex is the perfect destination for all ages. Indoor fun features include go-karts, a 7500 sq. ft. 2-tier Deluxe LED LASERTRON laser tag arena, 4-player Hologate VR, and the largest arcade in all of PA! Outdoor activities include go-karts, mini-golf, and batting cages.
Midway Bowling Center
This traditional bowling center also features duckpin bowling, a golf simulator, and axe-throwing. For little ones, Midway offers bumpers and dinosaur ramps, lightweight bowling balls, and small shoe sizes. Older kids will enjoy Rock & Bowl every Friday and Saturday night or try ax-throwing at their recently installed indoor lanes. For a unique experience, try duckpin bowling, played on a standard ten-pin bowling lane using a smaller ball and unique bowling pins called duckpins. (NOTE: No open bowling on Mondays or Wednesdays.)
SkyZone Indoor Trampoline Park
Kids will definitely be tired out after an afternoon at SkyZone. The trampoline park includes open jump, ultimate dodgeball, foam zone, sky slam, skyfitness/skyrobics, toddler time, and jumpapalooza.
Jubilee Cake Studio
Experience all the fun of decorating your very own cupcakes, cookies, or cake at Jubilee Cake Studio while they handle the mess. Jubilee Cake Studio is the only Decorate-It-Yourself Cake studio in Pennsylvania. Walk-ins are always welcome to their 9,100-square-foot Mechanicsburg location (located in the same shopping complex as SkyZone), where you can pick your canvas - cupcakes, cookies, and cake - grab your goodies - frostings, fondants, and sprinkles - and decorate! Take a stroll down the 40-foot wall of decorating tools to help you express your creativity! Or, if you are looking for a themed experience, check out their instructor-led workshops for all ages.
Oakes Museum
This hidden gem is located on the campus of Messiah University and is home to natural history exhibits that take you back thousands of years to America and Africa. It features 75 full mounts, including a zebra, giraffe, and an elephant. (Open Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.)
Monkey Joe's
Monkey Joe's is a fun-filled inflatable play center with wall-to-wall inflatable slides, jumps, and obstacle courses for kids up to 12 years old.
Create-A-Palooza
For a creative and crafty day indoors, head to Create-A-Palooza in Carlisle. This art and activity studio offers "paint your own" pottery, canvas painting, and glass painting for all ages.
Climbnasium
Guests can experience varying difficulty levels at this unique indoor rock climbing facility. This activity is suggested for children ages 8 and up.
The Coliseum
Enjoy 35,000 square feet of entertainment at The Coliseum, including a 12-lane bowling alley, billiards room, arcade & games, and 88 plasma TVs.
K1 Speed
With over 40,000 square feet, K1 Speed (formerly known as Autobahn Speedway) is the largest indoor go-karting facility in the state. Their state-of-the-art electric go-karts are easy to handle, durably designed, and can reach speeds of up to almost 50 mph, promising an exhilarating racing adventure.
