Visit downtown Carlisle for a weekend filled with holiday cheer and seasonal shopping. The weekend begins on Thursday with the Making Spirits Bright holiday parade. Then join the Downtown Carlisle Association in the square (Hanover & High Streets) on Saturday, December 2, for the annual tree lighting ceremony and free family-friendly activities, including:
