Messiah College is a top-ranked, private Christian college located on 471 scenic acres in Mechanicsburg. The school integrates rigorous academics and Christian faith to prepare its students for "lives of service, leadership and reconciliation in church and society."
Founded in 1909 by the Brethren in Christ church, the current student body and staff come from a variety of different denominations and Christian faith traditions. The college offers more than 150 undergraduate and pre-professional degree options and 27 graduate degree and certificate programs to almost 3,400 students.
In addition to seven academic building, 12 residence halls, and a library, campus amenities include access to the picturesque Yellow Breeches Creek, a covered bridge, the Oakes Museum, and the High Center.
